As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing user experience with our innovative casino platform. Your role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from technical support and product development to client engagement, making you a key player in our team's success.
What you’ll do
Regularly interact with clients, gathering valuable feedback and working collaboratively to improve solutions.
Lead projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals, and facilitate team collaboration.
Participate in product development, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and expectations.
Provide comprehensive training and support for our products, optimizing the user experience.
Manage regulatory compliance and communications related to the gaming industry.
Oversee platform setup and peripheral management to ensure operational efficiency.
Who you are
Experienced in customer success management, particularly in tech or software-based environments.
Proficient in providing training and support for technical products.
A keen contributor to product development, able to think from a customer's perspective and work collaboratively with technical teams.
Skilled in project management and scrum methodologies.
Effective in compliance and regulatory communication, particularly in the gaming industry.
Excellent in client relations, feedback gathering, and solution improvement.
Strong communication skills in English/French/Dutch, and capable of explaining complex concepts in a user-friendly manner.
